Vibrators
I have used a hand held vibrator for years for occasional sex play. I have one that has proved popular with other guys: an Oster Infra-red Massager. It has 2 speeds, plus an infra-red heat pad on the back side. But the nicest feature is a cup-shaped attachment that works your dickhead deliciously. Heat Lamps
Use to warm the cock & balls. Especially good for getting your balls loose & sweaty. Feels wonderful to have rivulets of sweat running down your balls, down your buttcrack. Heat Pads
Safe, controlable since most have some sort of rheostat control. A range of sensations from comfort to bake. Any heat applying practice to the balls should be transient, not extended. Your balls naturally want to be a few degrees below body temp. Extended hot temps will decrease and addle sperm production. Putting a light bit of warmth on your balls is very comforting. This is surefire relaxation. Do not fall asleep with your balls wrapped up in a heating pad. If this is a risk, set an alarm clock or put the heating pad on a timer. I'm serious.

I have a perscription TENS. Typically, they can be prescribed by a Chiropractor, for Pain Mask. They are about 1/3 the cost of the ripoff models found in leather shops. They are identical for guts, and controls. Mine is Japanese, made by Fuji. 2 channel with pulse and intensity controls, independent for each channel. Came with wires, and nice rubber conductive pads, a little bigger than 1" square.
I have had Relaxicisors used on me. I like. They are older, usually tube-based, and usually contained in small suitcases. Being tube based, they have a wider range of sensation, since tubes distort more easily than solid state circuits. They are difficult finds these days. I'd buy one if I could find one for sale.
Old military surplus spark generators are installed in fishing tackle boxes with connectors and cranks sticking out, and sold into the Leather Fetish market. They pack quite a wallop. Wet/Dry Vac
I used my mother's Sears Canister Vac occasionally to get off as a teenager. "Cleaning my room again, mom..." What a good boy. It had metal pipes that attached to the hose, and they fit pretty well. I think a wet/dry vac would be the way to go today. That way there is no risk of shock, and cleanup is easy. Might have to build a tube to fit right.
